Let it be known that I have 60 animals/birds mounted.  Six of them came from DD Ranch.  My harvest from DD are all medal quality.  I have worked on a Game Ranch and have hunted high fence on 2 continents. My experience allows me to positively state that DD Ranch has the best animals, hunting terrain, facilities and hospitality I have encountered.

Make that 5000 and 1 references you have.  I have been to your place 3 times now Danny and I will have to say that is an absolute fabulous establishment with great pricing, services, and hospitality.  I look forward to coming back down there in a year or two when my son gets old enough so he and I can obtain something together.  While some may think that the prices are getting a little steep, I, as well as you already have, challenge them to look elsewhere at another institution to see if they are willing to beat your prices.  I am willing to bet it is a challenge that they cannot find.  Just keep doing what you always have been doing for years and years and you WILL see me again in the future.

Hi Dannie:

Wow I was totally shocked that people might feel that your hunt is not a great bargain!  I have hunted at Game ranches across the Country and I will  be perfectly honest, your hunts are more reasonable than virtually anywhere period!  Go to Texas and see what they charge there or try Florida.

Your lodging is not as fancy as some, but it is very comfortable and pleasant and the price is definitely right!

The service is exceptional and the people involved are genuine and make every effort to make your hunt a wonderful experience.

I for one will go back again and will enjoy my experience there!

We were up there this past weekend and I got my first wild boar it was even more exciting than what I thought it would be. Thank You Dannie for having me up there. Hey Dannie and Nina,

We just got home from another great time at your ranch, WOW What a hunt we had. I killed my first Buffalo, what an experience. I really hope someone kills that water buffalo soon, that thing has a bad attitude, poor Ray couldn't get away from him.

This is my 4th time hunting with you guys, always a great time. I am planning on coming down every year as long as you guys are there and Raymond is helping.

I came in April of 2007 with Steve Colkett as a non hunting observer.  Once I saw the wall hangers in the lodge I started to wonder if I could pass up such a fine opportunity.  Well I gave it my best shot to no avail.  I watched as a world class boar was taken with a bow and then Steve tagged a record book ram at 150 yards.  That did it I could take no more.  I borrowed Steve's 30-06 and was off on the hunt of a lifetime taking yet another record book Corsican Ram.

I just wanted to say THANKS for a great time.  Even though I was not  there to long, I had a wonderful time.  Adam and Ray did a great job all  the way around.  The stalking and even the being chased by the Water  Buffalo made for a great story!

I felt as though I had friends in Ohio the moment I arrived!  The supper was delicious!

Had a wonderful time at the ranch, was the first time I had ever been on a hunt like this and  it was awesome...

The hospitality of everybody was unlike anything I had ever seen and the facilities were awesome as well.  The guides and Dannie made sure that the hunt we had was a great success. Thanks again and u will definitely see us again in the very near future.  Great time and cannot wait to do it again

This makes my 5th trip too DD RANCH and it seems each time I go it just gets better.  I went there for a hog hunt and got one that I will never forget.  The current event stated it was a big ole hog but I would have never thought he would be that big.  RAYMOND and DANNIE did a great job on everything.  Ya all got a top notch operation and cant wait too make it back down too hunt again thanks again for the hunt and like I said it one I will never forget.

You and your staff were accommodating and professional.  The terrain was reminiscent of my native West Virginia hills.  Adam was a great guide.  He was knowledgeable and hard-working.  I had never hunted buffalo.  He explained their tendencies and our suggested courses of action.  I was completely at ease as the hunt unfolded.

Dannie, and the gang. I brought my father down the first weekend in October. I called and set up a hunt for boar for dad and a 2 year old buffalo bull for me. The hunt and service was first class, as I had experienced in March on my boar hunt. Dad was on cloud nine when I shot the bull, and even more so when he shot his pig. I build custom rifles for a living, and what better place to take some of my guns for a workout. I can't take the time to get away for long hunts and Double D makes dream hunt a reality in Ohio. You can count on us to be back more than once a year, next time my girls are coming with me for boar hunts. Thanks again

I watched "Expedition Safari" today on the outdoor channel, the episode was about hunting fallow buck in Patagonia, Argentina, the host hunted hard to get his trophy Fallow buck, I said WOW he traveled at great expense all the way to Argentina to get a fallow that is no where near as nice as the one I shot in Ohio at the Double D Ranch.
